Neosolue-AquaS is a transparent ester of polyglycerin and dicarboxlic acids. It has an excellent skin barrier function and provides moistness without stickyness, compared to e.g. Glycerin.
Neosolue AquaS easily dissolves in water even though it has oil like properties.
